Master of Education in Educational Leadership
This program is designed to assist teachers in improving their competence in formal and informal leadership roles in schools and communities. It will develop their professional knowledge and skills, to enhance their leadership in a globalized world. Teachers will explore educational leadership in diverse contexts. The range of units available will enhance their capacity to act critically and creatively to address the challenges posed in an increasingly complex, diverse, and technologically rich world.
Program Outcomes
This program was designed to enable graduates to:
- Lead the learning community in Kuwait and model commitment to professional learning.
- Provide instructional leadership and manage school resources and operations effectively.
- Develop leadership skills to provide knowledgeable guidance regarding curricula, instructional and assessment practices, and student learning.
- Acquire the necessary knowledge to support comprehensive school health and wellness of staff and students.
